Foamy and crushable, Keller is an unfiltered German-style pilsner. Lagered for 6 weeks for subtle depth of flavour, and spunded for natural carbonation to provide a dense and resilient head. Using Weyermann Premium Pilsner malt anda touch of acidulated malt, Two Flints have created a naturall slightly hazy lager with notes of lemon zest, crusty bread and hay with a moreish bitterness and spritzy mouthfeel for a clean crisp pilsner.
