A full-bodied, deeply concentrated Australian Shiraz

Grape Varietals & Origin: Blended from the best barrels of Shiraz from across the Barossa Valley.Predominately grown in the Red/Brown earth of the Barossas western ranges, the soil profile creates masculine tannins and richness through the palate.

Taste Profile: Full bodied but very buoyant. Bright flavours lifted by notes of fresh blue and blackberry with hints of plum. Creamy complexity through the palate. Tannins start mid-palate and leave a lovely rolling chewy nature. Spicy through the finish with vanilla and sweet baking spices. Classic Barossa notes of coal dust weave through the late palate which is both long and complex.

Winemaking Process:The vintage was aged 17 months in French oak hogsheads and puncheons, 14% of the oak new
