A wine that is born at the foot of the native forest in our vineyard in Casablanca, 30 kilometers east of the Pacific Ocean. The cold morning mist, added to the particular characteristics of the soils, are the starting point for an elegant and smooth wine, with notes of raspberry and cherry. With a perfect balance between acidity and tannins, this Pinot Noir is an ideal alternative to accompany stuffed ravioli, tuna and other fatty fish.
