The winery’s top wine, made by hand-harvested grapes from the finest vineyards and carefully selected clusters. This was followed by a 5-day cold maceration and then 21 days of temperature controlled fermentation. It was aged for 2-4 months in stainless steel tanks, and for 24 months in 300 and 500 liter second- and third-fill wooden barrels.
