The fine, persistent perlage flatters the palate and emphasises the seductive softness and elegant structure of the wine. Pleasant, lasting finish. Due to its smoothness, the wine is ideal for steamed fish or vegetable dishes as a first course. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Winemaking Process:The wine is produced with the traditional method, and spends 36 months on lees before disgorgement
