Produced from Sangiovese Grosso grapes cultivated in vineyards spanning altitudes from 210 to 510 meters above sea level, this wine represents the freshest interpretation of Sangiovese aromas. Fermented in stainless steel for approximately twenty days, it then matures for about a year in both French tonneaux of 5 hl and 7 hl, as well as Slovenian oak barrels of 30 hl. With an alcohol content of 14%, it boasts a ruby red color with garnet hues, and offers a penetrating, broad, and varied bouquet. Its taste is characterized by dryness, warmth, and persistence, complemented by an elegant acidity. This pairs excellently with roast meat, pasta, vegetable soups, and mature cheeses.
