Deep red ruby in color, it has a perfumed nose of red fruits, dried raspberry & floral notes of lavender & licorice, with undertones of sweet spice, cocoa & ash. Firm and pretty expressive, with a medium to full body and a flavorful finish
Winemaking Process:Spontaneous ferment done separately, and then blended & matured in French oak. Bottled unfiltered
