Here’s what they had to say about our new collaboration;

For this we wanted to do something completely unexpected and out of ordinary. So we decided to make a Steam DIPA, as far as we know this is a whole new beer style all together. 9% Steam DIPA. Using Kolsch yeast , Eclipse, Bru1 and Idaho 7 hops this beer is thick and chewy with all of the dank, juicy goodness you’d expect from an AD DIPA.
