Taste Profile:Bright pale greenish yellow with light reflections. Nose of nutmeg, table grapes, lemon balm. Slightly smoky. Very dignified texture with delicate enamel on the palate, slender body, bone-dry, not loud but precise, extremely fine acidity, dusty-calcareous mineral notes, great touch of citrus and star fruit in the aftertaste

Winemaking Process:The Muskateller fermented spontaneously and was then allowed to mature on the fine lees in steel tanks for 6-12 months
