West Cork Distillers based in Skibbereen, West Cork (& previously in Union Hall) have been distilling since 2004. They, produce blended, pot still andsingle malt whiskey made using spring water and barley they malt themselves.

, Aroma: Crunchy green apple and apricot fruit with sweet vanilla and a light touch of spice.

, Flavour: Initially soft and fruity before rich caramel malttakes over leading to ginger and black pepper spice.

, Finish: Long warming finish with delicate spice and caramel persisting.
