This nearly 5 year old Bourbon – made from Bloody Butcher corn grown right here at Whiskey Acres – is our newest Artisan Series release.

Master Distiller Rob’s tasting notes:

Nose: Red fruit and floral top notes give way to rich notes of orange peel, apple tart, cornbread and crme brle.

Palate: Soft and slightly oily, good balance of wood spices and warm pastry.

Finish: Light, medium length with toasted oak and gentle notes of green banana and caramel cream candies.

Nick’s thoughts: Imagine that scent you get if you smell your kid’s halloween bucket right after they dumped out all of their candy. The nose is incredible.
