Grape Varietals & Region: Anto Vaz, Palomino (Perrum), Roupeiro blend from Alentejo, Portugal
Taste Profile: Pale straw in colour with a golden hue. The bouquet brings genuine ripe tropical fruit and some notes of dried fruits, characteristic of true Talha wines. The palate is complemented by honeyed notes and dried fruits (almonds and walnuts); well present but balanced, corresponding savoury notes on the finish.
Winemaking Process: Manual harvest, in small capacity containers. Total destemming and slight crushing. Fermented with maceration and contact with the pasta for two months in clay pots, without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts. It has not undergone any filtration or stabilization process. Filtration occurs only by passing the liquid through the masses present in the hoist.
