Taste Profile:Bright aromatic notes of cranberry & strawberries, with a slight herbal undertone. On the palate, it has a light body with bright acidity, giving it a slight effervescence. Light tannins & short to medium finish

Winemaking Process:The fruit is crushed & fermented on skins for 60 days, with frequent battonage to induce malolactic fermentation.
