Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Brasserie La Muette in France, Yellow Warning is a DDH Hazy IPA dry hopped with Citra, Sabro & Citra Sectrum. Golden yellow in colour & hazy, this IPA delivers notes of tropical fruit, pineapple and citrus, on a 6.3% abv with a moderate bitterness.
Brewed during a Yellow Warning alert in Sligo.

We highly recommend pairing this delicious DDH Hazy IPA with spicy dishes, such as Thai or Indian cuisine. The tropical fruit and citrus notes from the Citra, Sabro, and Citra Spectrum hops complement the bold flavors of spicy foods, while the peach undertones provide a refreshing balance to the heat.The hoppy bitterness of the beer helps to cut through the richness of the dish, while the fruity notes provide a refreshing counterpoint to the spiciness.
